What are my shipping & delivery options?

Local Click & Collect

Yes! We do offer local click and collect from South Auckland. 
This can be chosen in checkout. Items are normally ready within 24 hours.
An email will be sent to organise booking a pick up time with you. Picks up are appointment only as we are not a storefront and are not always available at the warehouse. 

If you do not pick up your order within 21 days (without contact) - we will restock the order. 

Shipping Methods & Rates 

Standard - 2-4 Days Courier - $7.50 
Rural - 2-7 days - $10.50
Larger orders may result in a increase in shipping price. 

All times and dates for delivery of your order, these are given in good faith and are estimates only. Unfortunately we cannot control the courier companies but will assist in any way we can if there is a delay. 

If an order is returned due to an unknown or unrecognisable address, the customer is responsible for the additional delivery fee. 

Do we supply international shipping? 

Yes we do! Unfortunately not to every country. Each country has different shipping rates. 
If you are wanting to know your rate before purchasing, please let us know via email and we can assist you with this. 
If you are having a hard time checking out outside of NZ, please flick us an email and we can organise a manual order for you. 
Unfortunately we understand some rates can be higher than others, this is based actual costs and the weight of the order. 

Other shipping restrictions

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not offer same day delivery.
